This 4-day intensive integrates our Feet & Lower Leg training + our Pelvis, Upper Leg, and Lumbar Spine training to provide you with a comprehensive deep dive into structural and functional dynamics of the Lower Body.
Looking through structural and functional lenses, you will better understand and treat common pain patterns, improve performance and function, range of motion, posture, movement efficiency and more.
