Join us in Orlando, FL for Structural Dynamics: Feet & Lower Legs! February 21-22, 2026
16CEs for LMTs - approved by NCBTMB & CEBroker/FLBOM
Our feet bear the fullest force of our weight. There are 26 bones, 33 joints, and over 100 muscles, ligaments, and tendons allowing for incredible force absorption, force generation, motion, and stability. And if things aren’t going well in the feet, it reverberates through the entire body.
Likewise, the muscles of the lower legs participate in locomotion, balance, stabilization, force absorption and generation, though their dynamic function is often compromised due to restriction. This sends functional and structural compensations up the body which often appear as seemingly unrelated pain patterns in the neck, shoulders, and hips.
This 2-day course covers the muscles and bone rhythms of the foot and lower leg, functional fascial releases to restore motion in the many joint spaces, and an in depth look at how restrictions in the feet and lower leg translate to the rest of the body.
The emphasis for this training will be the Feet and Lower Legs. We’ll be integrating structural and functional perspectives/approaches to better understand and treat pain patterns, improve performance/function, range of motion, posture, movement efficiency and more.
