The emphasis for this training will be the Pelvis, Lumbar Spine, and Upper Legs. We’ll be integrating structural and functional perspectives/approaches to better understand and treat pain patterns, improve performance/function, range of motion, posture, movement efficiency and more. Finally address stubborn pain and restriction in the lower back, hip, and even shoulder and beyond!
