This 4-day intensive integrates our Thoracics, Abdominals, Chest, & Shoulder training + our Cervicals, Shoulder, and Arms training to provide you with a comprehensive deep dive into structural and functional dynamics of the upper body.
Looking through structural and functional lenses, you will better understand and treat common pain patterns, improve performance and function, range of motion, posture, movement efficiency and more.
